REFUND, EXHANGE AND SHOPPING POLICY

THIS POLICY IS NULL AND VOID AFTER 48 HOURS  FROM THE DOCUMENTED DELIVERY DATE. AT THAT TIME YOU FORFEIT YOUR RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND BASED ON THE POLICY GUIDELINES.

 

IF YOU RESELL PLEASE OPEN YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE YOU SHIP OR DELIVER TO CUSOMER.

 2. SOMETHING YOU SOLD TO A CUSTOMER WITHIN/OUTSIDE OF THE INITIAL 7 DAY PERDIOD. ANY EXCHANGE OR REFUND GIVEN BEYOND 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE IS AT UNLIMITED WHOLESALE DEALS AKA RETAILS DEALS DESCRETION Customers have a 24 Hour window from the documented delivery date to do a 100% NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Exchanges will be based on product availability and the shipping cost is the customers responsibility UNLESS the return or exchange is requested due to and error or mistake on Retail Deals aka Unlimited Wholesale Deals part. Shipments opened by the customer days or weeks AFTER the 24 hours after the initial documented delivery date ARE EXCLUDED and will be subject to the following refund guidelines. Refunds are NOT guaranteed and will be given on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Retail Deals aka Unlimited Wholesale Deals, to do so. In the event that we agree to process a refund, in full or partial, that refund WILL NOT be sent and/or processed until the items purchased have been returned and fully inspected by Retail Deals staff. Refunds WILL NOT be given due to: Customer ordering incorrect size. Customer ordering the incorrect color. Customer mistakingly misinterpreted or misunderstood listing details. Customer not knowing and/or reading the refund policy. If stock is available & at Retail Deals discretion, we may offer the option to exchange your merchandise. If a customer opts to to exchange their merchandise the customer will be responsible to pay 100% of the return shipping cost. Customer may receive a full or partial refund if there is an error with an order that is 100% due to Retail Deals negligence. If we make a mistake our customers will not have to pay for it. By completing a transaction with Retail Deals, any and all customers are agreeing to, and in fact do fully understand the above policy. Customers are agreeing and understand that any & all items sold by Retail Deals may be a retail item or it may be a NON-RETAIL item coming directly from a manufacturer. SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY All orders will be processed and shipped out no later than 48 hours after payment is received UNLESS your order is placed on a Friday. 95% of orders are shipped through UPS. We will occasionally use USPS if needed or by customer request. Shipping times normally range from 1-4 business days, taking into consideration current shipping conditions at the time of shipping and how far you are from the departure state of Georgia. Once your package is in possession of the mail carrier Retail Deals has NO control over the route of the package, delays of your package or in a worst case scenario, your package is lost. We will initiate a claim with the carrier to start the process of getting the package located & delivered or getting paid from the carrier and issuing the customer a refund. All items are shipped from Georgia unless otherwise specified. If an item is to be drop shipped to the customer the customer will be informed of this prior to the completion of the sale along with the alternate shipping the delivery time expectations, if applicable. Shipping times will be longer in the event that i offer pre-ordering. However once i receive items and i actually ship the item you can expect to receive your order in the normal 1-4 business days. #policy #shipping #refund
